Have you checked LGVW? Might be a disruptive market! Ark started a position…
Haven’t checked it yet. What do they do?
Don’t hesitate to share your tips if you’re a young or adult investor! π
I am just 16 and i love investing and its my passion, i hope my TSLA and Square shares will make me me momey as they did in the last 4 months π
Nice! I wish I had started at 16! π
@li yuan If he can do both, why not?
I only have $200 a month to invest and my plan is to buy Adobe, Netflix, Nvidia and Square with $50 each per month. Do u think that’s a good plan for the longterm (10 – 15 years)? I really appreciate your videos and I’d be happy if you answer me π
That’s a good plan. Some are expensive nowadays but since you’re in it for the long term it doesn’t matter π
Look at my other videos on the channel, you might find some interesting companies to invest in.
Ok tyβ I have
@lingchi wong π
I am 13 thanks for this video
You are very welcome! I wish I was as informed as you when I was 13 π
This drives me crazy. Why are your videos always flipped left to right? lol
Oh I buy clothes that are flipped :p
I film with my front facing camera until my new camera arrives π
asked my 11 year old dougther about roblox, she said it a bad copy of minecraft π
I’m impressed your 11yo daughter knows Minecraft and can tell the difference between the two :p
Great informative video Couch Investor!
Glad it was helpful!
Underrated channel
Appreciate it!! π
cash app has a 1.2/5 score trustpilot which I consider a reputable source. I use revolut and I love it, and considering cash app as the US equivalent I was quite amazed at the amount of scathing reviews (+2k). Genuinely disgruntled customers or fake reviews?
Fake reviews. I went on a Reddit post when I saw it. Everyone loves Cash App and if the app really sucked it wouldn’t have had such a success π
I use Revolut as well for p2p payments but the moment Cash App will become available in EU, I will use it.
@Couch Investor makes total sense what you say. Thanx for taking the time to respond!
@A Mair My pleasure! π
Honest Question: Given the following facts, isn’t it dangerous to assume the market will increase? S&P 500 was $24.28 on Sep 1, 1928 and did not break $25.00 until June 1, 1952 (24 years later)
-S&P 500 was $1,527 on March 27, 2000 and did not break $1,527 February 19, 2013 (13 years later) Note: it briefly touched this price range in 2007 but then retreated lower). Timing and stock selections seems to be everything even with long term holding. Please correct me if I’m wrong
Big difference is that the Fed will not let its economy “rot” for 24 years..
There’s also way more money involved in the markets these days than there was in 1928.
This is a new age that shouldn’t be compared.. There were 2-2.5bn people on the planet back then π Now we’re close to 8bn.
@Couch Investor Thanks for your reply and your videos! There was also a 13 year stagnant period very recently in the S&P: I would appreciate your thoughts on if you think the overall market will be stronger than this slow period: S&P 500 was $1,527 on March 27, 2000 and did not break $1,527 until February 19, 2013 (13 years later) Note: it briefly touched this price range in 2007 but then retreated lower). An index fund investor didn’t accomplish anything during this period.
@rium udamc We’ve had the dotcom bubble, 9/11 and the financial crisis during that period π
@Couch Investor Hopefully the next 15 years will be good ones. The last 12 have been.
@rium udamc Yes!
Why did you stoped covering Lemonade? Did you stop believing in the company?
I literally talked about Lemonade twice in the last two weeks.
